    MAT SUPPORT BASE The present invention relates to a mast support base, in particular a parasol mast or the like.
    There are many known parasol support bases or the like. These are generally heavy bases and relatively large seat to allow stabilization of the parasol, even in windy conditions. In particular in the case of so-called off-center or cantilever parasols, it is essential to provide said parasol with an appropriate base.
    When the base includes a stone or concrete element, it is generally preferable to connect the mast to it using a sheath preferably screwed onto the stone or concrete element. However, the mechanical stresses acting on the mast are transmitted in the stone or concrete element by means of fastening means which separate and / or fracture the stone or concrete element.
    The technical requirements being known, it is also necessary to take into account the economic constraints according to which it is necessary to provide a parasol and in particular a base at an acceptable and / or competitive price. As part of this reflection, it is advantageous to reduce the number of models and increase the units produced. It is therefore advantageous to provide a base which is suitable for various parasol models.
    The object of the present invention therefore aims to provide a mast support base, in particular a parasol mast, which stabilizes said mast adequately and which is suitable for masts subjected to various loads or stresses, more

    Another object of the invention is to provide a base of simple design and, therefore, inexpensive manufacturing.
    Another object of the invention is to provide a mast support base resistant in particular to repeated stresses during its use.
    According to the invention, there is provided a mast support base, in particular a parasol mast, by means of a base provided with holes, comprising an envelope open downwards having a section generally in the form of mushroom, a concrete element at least partially filling said envelope, and at least 3 dowels housed in the concrete element, for fixing means for fixing said mast or a sheath for housing said mast, said ankles being connected between them by spacer elements embedded in the mass of concrete. Said mast or sheath advantageously comprises at one end a base provided with holes intended for the passage of said fixing means and in register with said ankles. The fixing means are advantageously bolts. However, it is also possible to provide studs, screws or other fixing means to be driven into an anchor, chosen so as to be able to interact adequately with the anchors embedded in the concrete element.
    According to the invention, the pins are connected to each other by spacer elements. These strengthen the link between ankle and concrete and decrease the relative movements between ankle and concrete which are due to
    B E2016 / 5836 mechanical stresses and which tend to eventually break or crumble the concrete. According to a preferred embodiment, the pins consist of metal pins.
    The envelope is advantageously made of a polymer synthetic material. It gives an aesthetic appearance to the base, contains the concrete element and protects it. During implementation, it is advantageous to arrange said envelope so that the opening is oriented upwards, to arrange the dowels connected to one another adequately and to fill it with concrete at the desired height so as to obtain a desired weight base. After the concrete has set, the envelope can be turned over so that the opening points down and the sheath is secured to it.
    The concrete can be hydraulic concrete or the like.
    One can for example form a concrete based on a polymeric material and fillers. Preferably, the concrete element is made of reinforced concrete; that is to say, it comprises a reinforcing reinforcement, preferably metallic, in particular a reinforcement in the form of a trellis.
    According to an advantageous embodiment, the concrete element is enveloped in a veil of fibers at least partially embedded in the surface concrete.     The mast support base 1 according to the invention has a generally rectangular shape, preferably square. However, it can also have a polygonal shape with more than four sides or even a circular shape.
    As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the mast support base according to one embodiment of the invention comprises an envelope 3 of polymer synthetic material, having a sectional shape generally corresponding to a fungus and open down. It is partially filled with a concrete element 5. Said concrete element can advantageously be poured into the envelope in the inverted position. For this purpose, it is advantageous to use hydraulic concrete or any other concrete, such as synthetic concrete composed of a resin and of suitable fillers, having the desired mechanical characteristics. Preferably, the hydraulic concrete consists of reinforced concrete, in particular by a lattice reinforcement.
    B E2016 / 5836 The shape of the envelope allows more or less filling, and therefore, to provide for the same envelope bases of different weights. In addition, the lower rim 7 which forms the opening downwards, can advantageously serve as a support for the base of the invention. However, it is also possible to provide studs 9 and / or rollers 11 arranged on the shoulder formed following the rim 7.
    To do this and as shown schematically in Figure 4, a metal plate is advantageously fixed, preferably screwed onto the lower shoulder of the base. This metal plate advantageously comprises a drilling in register with a dowel embedded in the concrete of the base. We can thus screw a stud or foot 9 or a caster support 11. Said metal plate can also be formed in the manner of a rail or profile which allows the clipping of a caster support - see in particular the detail relating mounting a caster in Figure 4.
    As can be seen in Figure 2, a sleeve 13 for housing a mast or the mast itself is secured to the concrete element 5 by a base 15 on the one hand welded to the one of the ends of said sheath 13 or mast, namely that arranged near the concrete element 5, and on the other hand fixed to the concrete element by fixing means. These pass through holes 18 made in said base and are driven into dowels 19 embedded and anchored in the concrete. Said dowels are connected to each other by spacer elements 21 also embedded in the concrete 5.
    The pins are advantageously metallic, just like the spacer elements. This arrangement makes it possible to stiffen the assembly and to reinforce the anchoring of the anchors in the concrete, while presenting a fairly high resistance to the separation of the anchors in

    The base of the sheath can have a variety of shapes, including a circular or square shape. According to a preferred embodiment, this base is square.
    When the mast support base is rectangular, preferably square, one can provide various orientations of the diagonals connecting the holes 18 of the base of the sleeve relative to the diagonals of the envelope.
    They can in particular be matched or offset by 90 ° - see FIG. 3. According to a preferred embodiment and in order to guarantee better stability, in particular in the case of the use of the support base as the support base of off-center parasol mast, the diagonals connecting the holes 18 made in the base of the sheath are offset by 90 ° relative to the diagonals of the rectangular envelope.
    According to an advantageous embodiment, the concrete element is wrapped in a veil of fibers, in particular glass fibers, at least partially embedded in the surface layer of the concrete element. This stiffens the concrete element while maintaining its general shape and thus its housing in the plastic casing, even in the event of crumbling and / or rupture.
